West Indies vs Pakistan: Match PreviewÂ
Pakistan defeated the West Indies, the hosts, by 14 runs in a close chase in the first Twenty20 International in Florida, despite Jason Holder's best efforts. West Indies need to make a big comeback going into this game because they are still struggling and have now lost six straight Twenty20 Internationals. Shai Hope, skipper of the West Indies, acknowledged that their fielding was not up to the mark and is looking to improve ahead of the second T20I.
Pakistan’s comeback, after losing the series in Bangladesh due to underestimating their opponents, has led to necessary changes heading into this tour, changes that helped them secure a win in the first T20I. Pakistan is expected to go in with an unchanged line-up, which is likely, as Mike Hesson doesn’t believe in altering a winning combination.

Meanwhile, a rumoured internal conflict between Shaheen Shah Afridi and skipper Salman Agha has gone viral through a social media post. However, the PCB issued an official statement saying it's a baseless rumour and that team unity is at its strongest.
As for the West Indies, they are expected to make some changes in their bowling attack, possibly adding Keacy Carty to strengthen their batting depth. His medium pace also adds an extra bowling option. The rest of the line-up is expected to remain the same, provided they improve their fielding. The Windies could very well challenge Pakistan and break their losing streak. Stay tuned for more updates.
